Early engagement allowed us to manage the process with valuation, environmental and QS as well as a complex owner builder lending scenario.
Through a comprehensive understanding of the project and the client Group, EMK Thomas was able to arrange a lending facility that provided the sponsors with the required level of gearing and debt structuring ensuring the Builder/Developer maintained working capital for their construction program.
EMK Thomas led a competitive tender process across all four major Banks providing the client with the optimal outcome and solution for the project.
